Campervans and motorhomes are a popular way to explore the beautiful North Yorkshire scenery. Here at NY Highways, we are pleased to be able to MOT and service your vehicle at our Northallerton workshop. 

Like with cars, campervans and motorhomes require an MOT on an annual basis once they reach the third anniversary of their registration.

Although campervans and motorhomes are a Class 4 vehicle (like your car), some MOT stations are unable to MOT them due to their size and weight, or they may not have the correct equipment.

At NY Highways’ Northallerton workshop, we can offer MOTs for light commercial vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes (Class 7) and therefore have the space and lifting equipment needed for larger campervans and motorhomes with the weight of up to 5 tonnes.

Currently, the MOT test fee for a campervan or motorhome is £54.85 (price correct as of 20 Feb 2025).
